All About Us

Our clinic was conceived by Dr. John Huffman, DC as a Chiropractic Clinic originally named Catalyst Chiropractic in 2018 and through a desire to provide better care, the clinic has evolved into a multifaceted clinic (Catalyst Health) designed to put the health back in health care.

Instead of providing a quick fix Dr. John Huffman and Dr. Olivia Huffman have dedicated their lives to provide a clinic where those that want to learn and empower themselves can gain the resources to put more life in their years. By combining Chiropractic and Physical Therapy together they are able to restore the lost or restricted motion and retrain the patient’s habitual posture motions to target the weak links in the unique kinetic chain.

In 2021 Catalyst Health expanded to offer an exciting new health care service. Advanced Arthritis Relief Protocol or Regenerative Knee Injections. Using state of the art technology and practices approved by highly rated practitioners, we are one of 230 clinics in the USA using this program to help patients find the relief they are looking for.

Drs John and Olivia Huffman have been married since 2013 and are blessed with two beautiful children, Evalyn and Lincoln. As a family they enjoy outdoor activities, movie nights, and visiting friends.
